1st Italo Train on DA

NTV, a private corporation led by the bigwigs at Ferrari, is the first customer to buy the new Alstom AGV train first shown to the public at Innotrans 2008. Last week, NTV began revenue service with the world's first 25 AGVs in competition with Italy's state railway Trenitalia and their large stable of ETR-series high speed trains. Marketed as the "Italo" train, these dark red luxury trains give Italian travelers the most luxurious interiors ever installed in a high speed train.
