Somehow, these valves, levers, and tubes make the engine run. How it does that is beyond my knowledge, but it's cool (albeit hot) nonetheless.

I have no idea either, I just recognize the regulator (the large red handle). The rest is chinese to me, at least when compared to the more or less intuitive DB standard cab.
